The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. I left a book and my reading glasses behind and they put them aside for me.
Good clean place to spend the night.
Pool was small and empty. Hot tub and swirl pool were in the basement, didn't go...
We enjoyed our short stay at the Acadian Inn. The room rate was reasonable, service was courteous & friendly, accommodation was clean & comfortable, & a good breakfast was just a step away at Carolyn's Cozy Cafe.
If we could offer a couple of decorating suggestions they would be to add pictures to the room walls and flower baskets/pots outside doors.
The bathroom looked recently done up and there was plenty of room.
It was a bit out of the way and there were no shops close by. The internet only worked intermittantly and was very slow.
Room was well maintained
Maybe rates are little bit high
Would have liked to see drawers in the dresser\desk
it was quiet, and cosy
the pillows and bed were stiff and uncomfortable. The outside lights were very bright
Ideal for a stopover, everything we needed and very clean.
Canucks Hockey Game
Wish the resturant stayed open for supper
My room was very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It was a good place to stay while my husband was in hospital. No road traffic noise.
I would have liked to have tea in the room besides having coffee
Soap packets opened - Shampoo and Conditioner was half full and used-easy chair was stained and stank!
I liked it mainly as a midpoint between Vancouver and the Rockies. Kamloops wasn't interesting enough for me to check any of the boxes above, but the hotel was very nice, especially the extremely cheerful breakfast waitress.
It was clean as others said. They had microwave and refrigerator for instant meal. They have restaurant within the inn but I did not go there because there are few restaurant around there like Dennys. Also, Sanyo air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Oh free WIFI was good too.
One thing is that their bed sheet was not super clean but it is acceptable.
The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, and had new microwaves, bar fridges and the bath fixtures all seemed new as well. The rooms were very clean. The location was just off the highway in a residential area, easy to find and quiet. This was a great place, reasonably priced, for a stop-over and we decided to stay here again when we were travelling back home from our vacation. The rooms were all non-smoking.
